The productivity benefit
The productivity benefit is a payment made by your employer is paid directly to the CSS each fortnight and grows with fund earnings.
Productivity contributions are designed to average 3% for all workers.

When is the benefit payable?
Your productivity benefit is generally payable at the time your benefit is paid. Your productivity benefit is generally payable as a lump sum, a non-indexed pension or you can roll it over to a rollover fund.titution (e.g. an approved deposit fund or super scheme, or used to purchase a deferred annuity).
