Please have your reference number when you call – it’s shown on the top right-hand corner of your Pension Advice Letter.
You can:

• change to your postal address
• change your method of payment – have the following handy: the branch code (BSB) number of the financial institution; your new account number; and the name of the financial institution.
• tell us if your superannuation payment has not been received.
• ask us for assistance with questions about your pension
