Update your Address Online
You can use Member Services Online to choose the way you receive your member statement or to update your address details (postal or email).
You can also provide us with your email address if you want to receive regular updates about your Scheme.
You can choose how you want to receive your member statement. It can be mailed to your preferred mailing address, sent to your employer, or we can advise you when it is available for viewing online*.
*If you choose to view your member statement online, you can have access to your member statement up to three weeks before you receive it in the post.
