Change your Access Number
Once you have received an access number from us you will need to activate it by changing the number to one you have chosen yourself. Access Numbers must have between 6 and 32 digits. Once you have chosen your own access number it will be the Access Number that you use to use the secure site.
You can change your access number any time.
If you do not have an Access Number or it has expired, call us on 1300 000 277 and we can provide you with an Access Number over the phone.
