How to make contributions via BPAY

BPAY is an easy and convenient way to make payments by phone or internet from your bank, building society or credit union.

You can use BPAY to make payments for:

• supplementary contributions
• a surcharge debt
• your member contributions while on a period of leave without pay (LWOP) to count as service.

Please note that we will ONLY accept payments from your savings or cheque account. We CANNOT accept payments from your credit card account.

Note for members on LWOP

If you are paying member contributions while on LWOP you should contact your employer to confirm the amount due.

Log on to Member Services Online and select ’Making contributions via BPAY’.

From here you can:

• find out how to make a BPAY payment
• generate the biller code and customer reference number you’ll need to complete your BPAY transaction.
