CSS member statements now available

Your 2009/10 Annual Member Statement Pack is ready for you to view at Member services online.

The Annual Member Statement Pack gives you important information about your CSS account, including:

  • your Annual Member Statement – which details important information about your super account
  • a Member Statement Guide – which shows you how to navigate and understand your member statement
  • the 2009/10 Annual Report – which shows you how the CSS performed in the last financial year.

You will need an access number to enter Member services online. If you have forgotten access number, click here and follow the prompts to retrieve it. If you do not have an access number, call 1300 000 277 and we can give you one over the phone.

Mailing of Member Statement Packs is about to commence, so unless you have requested to receive your Pack only online, you will receive your hardcopy Pack in the next few weeks.

Online is easy

Many members are finding it easier to view their Annual Member Statement Pack online, rather than receiving it in the mail. To alert you that your Pack is available online, we send you an email and follow this up by mailing you a postcard in case you have changed your email address.

If you would like to receive your Annual Member Statement Pack only online in the future, simply enter Member services online and change your preferences.
