Government announces ARIA Chairman

The Hon Lindsay Tanner MP Minister for Finance and Deregulation today issued a media release in which he announced the appointment of ARIA Chairman Mr Tony Hyams.

Mr Hyams is also the Chairman of the Military Superannuation Board of Trustees and was formerly Head of Credit Suisse in Australia and is now a senior advisor to the Group. He is a director of the Australian Government Employees Superannuation Trust, Chairman of its Investment Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority. He is also a director of several private sector organisations.
