CSS member statements now available online

You can now view your Annual Member Statement through Member services online.

To help you work through your Member Statement, use our new interactive Member Statement Guide. It allows you to cross reference your statement with easy-to-use help screens.

Be sure to also take a look at The facts in focus. It’s an interactive document we’ve put together to help you find the information you’re looking for.

It gives you factual answers to your questions about negative returns, investment performance, the investment landscape, planning for the future and how your super works. It also includes our interactive 2008/09 Annual Report for you to download.

We start delivering member statement packs to your postal addresses from mid October.

You will need an Access Number to use Member services online. Help is available if you have forgotten your Access Number. If you do not have an Access Number, call us on 1300 000 277 and we can provide you with an Access Number over the phone.

For those members that require a manually calculated statement – you will only be able to view your statement once you have received your printed copy in the mail.
