Distribution of CSS Member Statements

Update 29 October 2007

We previously reported to members that Annual Member Statements would be available for viewing online from 29 October 2007.

The process of uploading member statements will begin from 5pm 29 October 2007. At this time Member Services Online will be unavailable.

Following this process we expect statements to be available for viewing (through Member Services Online) later in the evening of 29 October 2007.

Update 19 October 2007

We previously reported to members through CEO Online that 2006/07 Member Statements would be posted from mid-October. Due to the need to enhance our systems for the Better Super reforms and the new way of allocating Fund earnings, the distribution of statements will be slightly later than advised, and is now scheduled to take place between 29 October and 4 November 2007.

Your Member Statement* will be available for viewing online through Member Services Online from 29 October 2007.

You will need an Access Number to use this service. If you have forgotten your Access Number, click here. If you do not have an Access Number, call us on 1300 000 277 and we can provide you with an Access Number over the phone.
 
Member Services Online offers you a range of convenient services to help you manage your super. You can:

1. use the i-Estimator to project your potential final benefit (more info)
2. update your address (more info)
3. choose how you want to receive news about your super
4. view and print your member statement (more info)
5. pay surcharge and leave without pay (LWOP) contributions via BPAY (more info)
6. change your Access Number (more info)

* You will not be able to use this service straight away if:

1. You have previously had a family law split, or
2. Your statement needs to be calculated manually.

You will be able to view your statement once you have received your printed copy in the mail.

You will not be able to use this service at all if:

1. You are a member as a result of a family law split, or
2. You have had a family law split in the 2006/07 financial year.
