Responsibilities

The Superannuation Act 1976 and Regulations together with our Product Disclosure Statement and the law govern our relationship with you.

We are responsible for managing the Fund's investment strategy, administration and keeping you informed about your super with the CSS. We are also responsible for responding to your enquiries, complaints and claims.

You are responsible for keeping us informed about how we can contact you, and most importantly, how we can pay your pension.
